I went searching for a cupcake today but I couldn’t find one

because life is like that sometimes.

I found a hummingbird cake smaller than a hummingbird

although I’m not exactly sure how big a hummingbird is.

In any case birds don’t have thick lemon icing.

After I ate my non-birdlike hummingbird cake I went for a walk

and the sun was (finally) warming the day again
