the reconstruction of memory itself
I’ve been listening to this radio lab episode again on memory and forgetting.
Below is a print a friend made for me years ago – a horizon spread out across tissue paper and sticks, old wallpaper and maps and faint pencil - the reconstruction of memory itself.
The artist’s name is Esther, but I only know that because it’s on the work. Not because I remember.

That´s so cool. Wanna make something like that…Hmmm – Can you hear the wheels? – Thinking.
I like when art sometimes looks like a piece of trash – sorry that´s hard – but if you look closer you can find a master piece. That changes the meaning of beauty

It does – this is what my next book is about, kind of. this comment is exactly what I have been thinking.

Great! Wanna see a sneak peek of my recently poems?
“Sometimes I feel mad,
sometimes I feel sad.
But when I look at the sky,
my heart bounce and grabs a smile.
…
Sometimes I walk under the rain,
sometimes I get over mislead.
Reaching out a second chance
to heal my heart and leave the past”
Another:
“I´ve seen him giving everything he had
to a girl who might knows
but don´t understand.
…
I´ve seen true love under his eyes
and make goofy smiles every since in a while.
Does she even have a heart?”
Actually this poem is dedicated to one of my best friends.
You inspire me to write poems in english.
So, any recommendation of authors that you like?

Hey, I just wanted to stop by and say that the way you write.. I’ve never seen it before. the onslaught of imagery, it’s like stars hurdled toward me slow enough for me to catch. It’s breathtaking. I love Graffiti Moon, and just checked out A little Wantng Song form the library lol. I just… The qoute from Graffiti moon.. about wishing people were made of glass. I have that plastered over my everything lol my facebook, my allpoetry, and i recite it whenever an opportunity arises. I recomend Graffiti Moon to anyone i can, and i just.. haha rambling but yes. You’re by far my favorite author. By far. Righ along side Markus Zusak and his book, “The book theif”
Thank you for changing me, Inspiring me, and most impostantly helping me find who i am through your words. It’s the greatest gift anyone could ever give me ♥
