that bathers are frail things

that there needs to be a really slow lane

that I like to float

but that I don’t have a natural buoyancy

that I no longer care what I look like in bathers

or what I look like when I’m out of my bathers (accidentally, just for a few seconds)

that gliding underwater, for a while, stops the world

I think it will be a very beautiful performance.

This bird is very beautiful but that’s not the best thing about him. My niece bought him because proceeds from the sale go to charity. Nice one, Charlie.  (And I’m calling him Robert.)
